What we Propose
Regular Inspections: We’ll conduct thorough inspections twice a year, ideally in spring and fall. We’ll look for ponding water, punctures, tears, rips, and loose fasteners. You can also schedule inspections before and after severe weather events.

Clear Debris: We’ll remove debris like leaves, branches, and construction waste from your roof regularly. Clogged drains can cause water to pool and damage your roof.
Maintain Drainage System: We’ll ensure proper drainage by keeping gutters and scuppers free of debris. And regularly check for blockages and ensure water flows freely.
Limit Roof Traffic: Low-slope roofs aren’t designed for heavy foot traffic. Restrict access to authorized personnel only.
Address Ponding Water: Pooling water can lead to leaks and roof damage. Address any drainage issues that cause water to accumulate on your roof.
Professional Maintenance: As your qualified roofing professional we suggest biannual inspections and repairs as needed. During our inspections we can assess the condition of your roof membrane, flashings, and other components.
